Care And Support Workers
Reliable Care Australia is hiring a support worker to provide high quality of emotional and physical support to our clients.
If you are a dedicated individual with the right experience, we will provide you with the opportunity to work with a diverse team in a compassion-oriented environment.
Even if you are new to the industry and have little to no experience, send in your resume and a cover letter.
Requirements for apply:
- Valid certification as a support worker (Cert III or IV in Disability Care / Certificate III in Individual Support)
- Experience in providing individual support, home care, and community care
- Should be trained in providing CPR and first-aid
- You will undergo an NDIS screening check.
- You must have a driver’s license and a functional vehicle
In this role you will be performing the following tasks:
- Personal care, domestic care, respite care, as per client requirements.
- Assistance with daily activities – meal preparation, hygiene maintenance, shopping, etc.
- Transport assistance for appointments, events, and others.
- Help with community access.
The working hours for this role are flexible and will be based on requirements from clients. Typically, our support workers are required during weekday mornings and afternoons. However, weekend services, as well as overnight services, may also be required.
Enrolled Nurse and Registered/Community Nurse
Reliable Care Australia is hiring an Enrolled Nurse and Registered Nurse/Community Nurse.
If you possess experience in providing disability care as a nurse and are passionate about helping people through compassion, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
You will have a dynamic and interesting experience working with us, and we also take care of our own.
Requirements for applying:
- Valid AHPRA registration or relevant certifications.
- We prefer candidates with experience in disability nursing, but will also accept experience in community nursing
- Clinical skills such as wound care, stoma care, catheter care, chronic disease management, etc.
- Experience in assessing disability conditions
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge regarding NDIS
- A valid driver’s license
In this role you will be performing the following tasks:
- You will assess and provide clinical care for community patients with disability.
- You will Demonstrate organization and excellent time management skills.
- You will Demonstrate ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Provide training if required to nurses and support workers.
